Cancellation Policy

Workshop & Presentation Booking Policy 1. Inquiries & Custom Proposals All presentations and community workshops are uniquely tailored to your organization's specific audience and learning objectives. Because of this, pricing is entirely scope-dependent. Following our initial consultation, you will receive a customized proposal outlining the curriculum, deliverables, and exact cost. 2. Securing Your Date (Payment Terms) To secure your presentation date on the calendar, a 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the proposal. The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due 7 days prior to the scheduled event. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations I understand that organizational priorities and schedules can shift. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your workshop once without penalty, provided you give at least 14 days of notice. Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will release you from the final payment, though the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover preparation time. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event require full payment of the agreed-upon quote. 4. Scope Adjustments If the scope of the presentation changes significantly after our agreement is finalized (e.g., transitioning from a virtual to an in-person format, or significantly increasing the attendee count), please provide at least 7 days of notice so the final invoice and materials can be adjusted accordingly. • This service is educational and strategic in nature.
